Dovetail Technology for Atlas and Harris Bipods
The Area 419 Arcalock Clamp for the Atlas and Harris Bipods feature a proprietary two-stage screw design. This clamp works on all standard Arca/1.5” Dovetail Rails. The clamping screw features two different thread pitches. The coarse 16tpi is used when no tension is on clamp, allowing rapid movement of the clamp vs others on the market. With high speed comes low torque though, so to counteract this as soon as the clamp sees tension it will switch to the 32tpi threads in the knob to give you extra torque when not using on an ARCALOCK rail. Clamp and knob machined in house from 6061-T6 Aluminum Screw is turned from 303 Stainless Steel Type III Hardcoat Black anodized clamp and Gold anodized knob A 1/4 turn releases the clamp from the detents on the ARCALOCK rail for movement. One turn releases clamp to be removed from rail. The clamp directly bolts to Atlas Bipods using their factory hardware. The barricade stop can either be standalone on the clamp using provided hardware, or sandwiched between an Atlas bipod (Barricade stop does not work with Harris Bipods). The clamp is backwards compatible with standard ARCA rails by removing the two pins, and will still work this way to give you infinite sliding adjustment on the ARCALOCK rail. Moving side of clamp is dovetailed on both sides to prevent tilt.

Med høy hastighet følger lavt dreiemoment, så for å motvirke dette vil klemmen bytte til 32tpi-gjengene i knotten så snart den merker spenning, for å gi deg ekstra dreiemoment når den ikke brukes på en ARCALOCK rail. Klemme og knott er maskinert in-house fra 6061-T6 Aluminium Skruen er dreid fra 303 Rustfritt Stål Type III Hardcoat sortanodisert klemme og Gullanodisert knott En 1/4 omdreining frigjør klemmen fra detentene på ARCALOCK skinnen for bevegelse. Én omdreining frigjør klemmen for å tas av skinnen. Klemmen boltes direkte til Atlas Bipods ved hjelp av deres fabrikkhardware. Barricade stop kan enten være alene på klemmen ved hjelp av medfølgende hardware, eller plassert mellom en Atlas bipod (Barricade stop fungerer ikke med Harris Bipods). Klemmen er bakoverkompatibel med standard ARCA skinner ved å fjerne de to pinnene, og vil fortsatt fungere på denne måten for å gi deg uendelig skyvejustering på ARCALOCK skinnen. Bevegelig side av klemmen er dovetailed på begge sider for å forhindre vipping.
